Grammatophyllum Crownfox Leopard is a primary hybrid between G. martae and G. elegan, of which both species occur on the tropical archipelagos of Southeast Asia. The flowers of G. Crownfox Leopard are yellowish brown in colour.
The developing of inflorescence is always sensational because of its sheer size and upright habit. However, the whole spike becomes arching when flower buds enlarge and the weight of the whole inflorescence increases.

Being a hybrid, Crownfox Leopard has greater ease of blooming habit than its parents. Its peak blooming is between late March to early June in Bangkok area.
