Cymbidium Osborn is an attractive primary hybrid of serene beauty. It is a cross between two unique species, Cym. dayanum and Cym. erythrostylum. The most noticeable quality is its soft, fine and glossy foliage crown.

Even though Cym. Osborn has 50% Cym. dayanum, it cannot bloom in a truely tropical climate or areas not far from the equator, because Cym. erythrostylum is famous for reducing much of heat tolerance in its progeny. Therefore, Cym. Osborn is considered as a WTC and will bloom in area above latitude 17o N and below 17oS.

With its subtle beauty, Cym. Osborn is truely the one for cymbidium collectors who are looking for something different from the bold type.

Very Charming !
